Quick Question...

How many of your claims are still sitting open after 90 days?

If you're like most contractors, you've got at least a few. Maybe more.

Some claims close fast, the easy ones where the adjuster just approves it. Those aren't the problem.

The problem is everything else.

The carrier sends their adjuster out. The estimate comes back low, or some of the damage gets missed. You push back. They ask why certain items are necessary. You explain.

They want more documentation. You send it. They need clarification on something. You provide it.

And this goes on. And on. And on.

Eight months later, you're still going back and forth, the homeowner is frustrated, and you still haven't seen a check.

Meanwhile your cash flow is bleeding. You've got overhead to cover. Crews to pay. Other jobs you can't take on because you're buried in claims that won't close.

Some roofing companies are literally going out of business over this.

They're drowning in time-sucking claims that drag on for months, eating up hours every day that could be spent closing new jobs and actually getting paid.

And if you talk to other contractors, they're dealing with the exact same thing.

But here's what most contractors don't realize: it doesn't have to be this way.

"In total it was about a week and a half from the time I met the guy to the time I had a full replacement, and he'd been going on for a couple months with other contractors."

— Jarrod Mowry, Contractor

"Homeowner referrals have been coming in. Right then and there I knew this was a game changer."

— Zach, Contractor

"I'm handling way more files than I ever could before. This system makes me more efficient and lets me actually work ON my business instead of IN it."

Reanda Kirchner, Public Adjuster

What I Discovered Handling 3,000 Claims a Year

When I was running my PA firm in Georgia, one of the toughest states in the country, we were handling about 3,000 claims a year.

Claims were taking way too long to close. The back and forth with carriers was eating up time we should've been spending growing the business.

I had a big team, and I realized I was spending more time training them than anything else. That's when I really started digging into how the claim process was supposed to work.

I built a template for investigations, originally just for a class I was teaching. I wanted people to learn how to do proper investigations that actually got results.

Then something interesting happened.

The people who learned this approach started seeing their claim times get shorter. Sometimes carriers were approving roofs without even sending someone out to verify, something that almost never happens anymore.

I kept tweaking the process. And eventually I realized I enjoyed the teaching part more than running the PA firm. So I sold it and focused on showing contractors and PAs this approach.

Because when you understand how the system was designed to work, everything changes.

The Real Risk Isn't Showing Up.

The Real Risk Is Waiting.

Every week you stay stuck in claims that drag on for months, you're losing:

  • Time that could be spent closing new jobs and getting paid

  • Cash flow while you're waiting on carriers to finally approve and cut checks

  • The momentum and client confidence that comes from closing claims fast and moving on to the next one

Minimize Your Time Spent. Maximize Your Results.
